We ship items out very soon after receiving orders. So if you need to change something regarding your order, please email us as soon as possible.

3) Include your order number

Please allow 7-21 business days for all wholesale orders and custom orders. Wholesale orders and custom orders are shipped after they are processed and complete. You should receive your wholesale order/custom order within 1-3 business days after your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
You can track your order on the USPS website or on the USPS mobile app since we ship all of our orders through USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to update once your order has been shipped.
Your order was canceled for one of two reasons:
1) You ordered items that could not fit in one package/one box (e.g. a handbag and wholesale eyelashes). Instead of ordering them together, you will have to make multiple transactions.
2) You chose the wrong shipping option at checkout. Under all of our wholesale lip glosses (in the description), we politely tell customers to choose "Wholesale Shipping (ONE 8oz Jar of Lip Gloss)"Â at checkout. So, for instance, if you purchased ONE 8oz jar of lip gloss and selected "Non-Wholesale Shipping", your order was canceled due to the incorrect shipping option.Â
